Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is hiring a Sales Specialist for onsite Cubao operations with a night shift and weekends off. You’ll engage prospects, qualify leads, and tailor solutions to client needs while maintaining CRM records and collaborating with a dynamic team.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of BPO outbound sales experience, strong communication skills, and a drive to meet individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced environment. Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of BPO outbound sales experience
• Ability to start ASAP
• Proven track record of meeting personal and team sales goals
• High-volume calling experience in fast-paced environments
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers through outbound prospecting and outreach
• Qualify leads based on BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
• Engage and build trust with prospects while identifying best solutions
• Support sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth
• Master product knowledge to communicate value and benefits
• Overcome objections and address roadblocks to help customers succeed
• Manage a high volume of contacts via phone and email
• Collaborate with your team to create a seamless customer experience
• Keep CRM updated with accurate and timely data
