You will handle virtual reception—answering calls, SMS, and emails—manage new client intake, SOP creation, document tracking, and quality assurance. The role offers growth opportunities in a collaborative team and a dynamic offshore delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Virtual reception: answer incoming calls, SMS, and emails.
• New client intake: contact clients or referral sources who expressed interest in services.
• Process new client service request documents.
• Input data into tracking systems and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text.
• SOP creation and management: create SOPs based on video recordings and maintain the SOP library.
• Document and task management: manage service documents and DTS with due dates and fields.
• Quality assurance: review and approve client service documents (intake, reassessment, plans, approvals).
