Qualifications

• 1 year 7 months – 2 years 9 months of experience in customer service or business administration, with exposure to managerial responsibilities.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, Stripe, and Zoom.
• Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through email, SMS, and calls.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints or escalate when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
