Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring for a Customer Service / Business Admin role located onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City, with a night shift. The role covers customer inquiries, information provision, and record-keeping, plus administrative tasks to support internal teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in customer service, strong English communication, and is open to reporting onsite. Zoom knowledge and basic computer literacy are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in the customer service industry.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Knowledge of Zoom and basic computer literacy preferred.
• Willingness to report onsite as needed.
• Able to make sound decisions in urgent situations.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, SMS, and calls.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Record customer interactions accurately and maintain transactions logs.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
