Qualifications

• Familiarity with customer service software and tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support and assistance to customers through live chat
• Respond to customer inquiries, questions, and concerns in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to their satisfaction
