Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking an MIS/RTA Specialist for our Clark, Pampanga operations. The role focuses on forecasting, staffing models, and business analytics to optimize workforce deployment on onsite shifts.

Candidate should have 3 years MIS/RTA experience, scheduling exposure, and strong Excel/MS Office skills. Onsite work in Clark and ASAP start are required, with scheduling flexibility and a quarterly bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree graduate, any field.
• 3 years MIS/RTA experience, preferably in BPO/shared services.
• Exposure to Scheduling, Capacity planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Knowledge with MIS Scheduling tools (PowerBI, VBA, macros, and Excel)
• Strong knowledge with MS Office Tools (Excel in particular)
• Amenable to working in shifting schedules.
• Amenable to working ONSITE (Clark).
• Able to start ASAP

Responsibilities

• Create forecasts and staffing models to ensure the business partner's workforce is optimally staffed.
• Provide analytical support for business initiatives, market conditions, and decisions.
• Build relationships with business partners and communicate trends with data-backed recommendations.
• Identify upcoming initiatives that affect volumes or staffing and adjust staffing needs accordingly.
• Generate volume forecasts for inbound contact centers and processing departments using standard and advanced techniques.
• Monitor staffing drivers (volume, handle time, shrinkage, occupancy) and advise on actions as needed.
• Offer HMO for employee and 2 dependents on day 1 and quarterly performance bonus.
