Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting in Taguig is hiring Medical Virtual Assistants to support a healthcare client with daily clinic operations. You will schedule appointments, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, assist with billing, handle calls, update EHR records, and ensure timely follow-ups while exposed to US healthcare practices.

The role requires a Bachelor's in medical allied field, fresh graduates welcome, on-site work, graveyard US hours, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any Medical-Allied course.
Open to fresh graduates; training will be provided.
Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation.
Proficient in computer applications and comfortable using EHR systems.
Able to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic clinic environment.
Willing to work US hours (graveyard shift).
Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills.
Can start immediately, if possible.

Responsibilities

Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage before appointments.
Obtain treatment authorizations and approvals as required.
Submit claims, respond to claim denials, and resolve EOB-related issues.
Identify and help resolve common billing issues and discrepancies.
Manage patient calls, including inquiries, appointment scheduling and confirmations, pre-visit information gathering, and call routing.
Process incoming mail, upload and document information in the EHR system, and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions.
Maintain accurate patient and administrative records to support efficient daily clinic operations.
