Job summary

MedSpecialized, Inc. is seeking a Virtual Medical Assistant for remote night shifts to support US healthcare clinics. You will handle inbound calls for scheduling, reminders, and clinic information, and make outbound calls for reminders and wellness checks.

The ideal candidate is a BS in Nursing graduate with 6 months of BPO healthcare experience, excellent English, and a fast 25 wpm typing speed. A stable 100+ Mbps internet connection and Gmail/Google Sheets skills are required, plus

Qualifications

• BS in Nursing, graduate from a nursing program.
• 6 months of BPO Healthcare account experience.
• Excellent English proficiency with strong communication skills (25 wpm or faster).
• Internet speed at least 100 Mbps.
• Computer literacy including Gmail and Google Sheets.
• Stable internet and conducive home work environment.
• Willing to work during holidays and weekends.
• Must reside outside Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist with scheduling, rescheduling and clinic information.
• Make outbound calls for appointment reminders and wellness checks.
• Provide EMR notes on calls, coordinating with onsite staff and providers.
• Communicate via Google Chat with onsite personnel and DRC team members.
