Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting in Taguig is seeking a Medical Scheduler who will handle patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and collect pre-exam histories. The role requires on-site presence at McKinley West and night shift alignment with US business hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year degree course; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Prior Customer Service Representative or BPO experience preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and systems.
• Willing to work US business hours (graveyard shift).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willing to work on-site in McKinley West, Taguig.
• Willing to start immediately, if possible.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to address patient inquiries professionally.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring information is complete.
• Collect and document pre-exam medical histories per guidelines.
• Verify and confirm scheduled appointments to reduce no-shows.
• Transfer calls to appropriate internal staff when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to timelines and standards.
