Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an IT Support specialist in the Philippines to provide first-level, on-site technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, RF devices, and Microsoft 365.

You will act as the primary on-site IT contact, perform initial network troubleshooting, coordinate with various IT teams, and support onboarding, device deployment, and technology rollouts across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level on-site support for laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, RF devices, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Serve as the primary on-site IT contact for technology-related concerns.
• Perform first-line network troubleshooting including internet, Wi-Fi, ISP equipment, and connectivity verification.
• Coordinate with Network Operations, IT Infrastructure, ITSM, Information Security, Engineering & Innovation, and Application Support teams.
• Support onboarding, off boarding, device deployment, and technology rollouts.
• Receive, deploy, recover, and inventory IT assets.
• Provide first-level support coordination for WMS, TMS, Oracle, Freight, and other business applications.
• Provide remote-hands support for centralized teams and vendors.
• Assist with audits, security reviews, and business continuity requirements.
