Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an adaptable onsite IT Support Technician to assist staff with hardware, software, and connectivity.

You will provide first-level support for laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and Microsoft 365 apps, acting as the primary on-site IT contact.

Responsibilities include network troubleshooting, asset management, onboarding/offboarding, coordinating with IT teams, and supporting business applications and security reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, RF devices, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Serve as the primary onsite IT contact for all technology-related concerns.
• Perform first-line network troubleshooting including internet, Wi-Fi, ISP equipment, and connectivity verification.
• Coordinate with Network Operations, IT Infrastructure, ITSM, Information Security, Engineering & Innovation, and Application Support teams.
• Support onboarding, off boarding, device deployment, and technology rollouts.
• Receive, deploy, recover, and inventory IT assets.
• Provide first-level support coordination for WMS, TMS, Oracle, Freight, and other business applications.
• Provide remote-hands support for centralized teams and vendors.
• Assist with audits, security reviews, and business continuity requirements.
