Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an on-site IT support technician in the Philippines to manage day-to-day technology support, hardware deployment, and asset inventory. You will be the primary on-site contact for IT concerns, handle basic network troubleshooting, and coordinate with multiple IT and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.

The role involves supporting onboarding/offboarding, device rollouts, and integration with enterprise applications while contributing to security

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with service focus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level onsite IT support for laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, RF devices, and Microsoft 365 apps.
Be the primary onsite IT contact for technology-related concerns.
Perform first-line network troubleshooting including internet, Wi-Fi, ISP equipment, and connectivity checks.
Coordinate with Network Operations, IT Infrastructure, ITSM, Information Security, Engineering & Innovation, and Application Support teams.
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, device deployment, and technology rollouts.
Receive, deploy, recover, and inventory IT assets.
Provide first-level support coordination for WMS, TMS, Oracle Freight, and other business applications.
Provide remote-hands support for centralized teams and vendors.
Assist with audits, security reviews, and business continuity requirements.
