Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Specialist for an on-site role in Makati/Pasay. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

You will develop, implement, manage, and support company systems and networks. The position requires strong troubleshooting, security, and communication skills, with a Monday–Thursday 8:30 AM–6:30 PM schedule and Friday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage and troubleshoot the company technology systems and networks.
• Ensure employees have the technology they need and data remains secure.
• Review diagnostics and assess system functionality and efficiency.
• Implement information security measures.
• Monitor costs related to repairs and updates of hardware.
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware issues.
• Update system software and track data usage on networks.
