Responsibilities

• Provide onsite end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Assist with office infrastructure: network connectivity, printing, voice, AV, and workplace technologies.
• Conduct asset management: inventory audits and accurate asset records.
• Support project and site activities: asset deployment, maintenance, warranty coordination, and equipment relocations.
