Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an on-site IT support specialist in the Philippines to provide first-level support for laptops, printers, and Microsoft 365. You will handle network troubleshooting, asset inventory, and onboarding/offboarding tasks to ensure smooth technology operations.

You will coordinate with multiple IT and engineering teams and support audits, security reviews, and continuity planning. Strong communication and customer-focused mindset are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, RF devices, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Serve as the primary onsite IT contact for all technology-related concerns.
• Perform first-line network troubleshooting including internet, Wi-Fi, ISP equipment, and connectivity verification.
• Coordinate with Network Operations, IT Infrastructure, ITSM, Information Security, Engineering & Innovation, and Application Support teams.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, device deployment, and technology rollouts.
• Receive, deploy, recover, and inventory IT assets.
• Provide first-level support coordination for WMS, TMS, Oracle Freight, and other business applications.
• Provide remote-hands support for centralized teams and vendors.
• Assist with audits, security reviews, and business continuity requirements.
