Lennor Metier is seeking an Account Representative to manage client relationships and drive revenue in Cebu, Philippines. This onsite role focuses on understanding client business needs, presenting IT solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver value.

You will build strategic accounts, forecast sales, and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining accurate CRM records and achieving target closing dates. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT sales, account management, business development, or technology solutions sales.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets or account growth.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions sales cycles and B2B buying processes.
• Experience engaging both business and technical stakeholders confidently.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts and achieve revenue, sales, and pipeline targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with client decision-makers and IT leaders.
• Identify opportunities for IT solutions, services, and managed services based on clients' objectives.
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities through account development and prospecting.
• Lead commercial negotiations while protecting revenue, margins, and objectives.
• Coordinate with Solution Architects, Technical, and Delivery teams to develop competitive solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and terms to clients.
