Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT sales, account management, or tech solutions sales.
• Proven track record of hitting revenue targets.
• Understanding of the IT solutions sales cycle and B2B buying process.
• Ability to engage business and technical stakeholders confidently.
• Experience maintaining sales pipelines and CRM records.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Commercial awareness of margins and profitability.
• Results-oriented, proactive in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts and hit revenue, sales, and pipeline targets.
• Build relationships with client decision-makers and IT leaders.
• Identify opportunities for IT solutions, services, and managed services.
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities through various channels.
• Move opportunities through proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical, and Delivery Teams.
• Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and terms to clients.
• Lead commercial negotiations to protect revenue and margins.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and closing dates.
• Provide revenue forecasts and market insights to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery transition.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, renewal opportunities.
• Monitor account performance and plan long-term growth.
