Job summary

JRNE Medical and Diagnostic Clinic in Sta. Cruz, Manila, is seeking an HR Generalist to handle recruitment, employee records, payroll, compliance, and day-to-day HR tasks.

The role requires coordinating government registrations and employee relations, with an onsite schedule from Monday to Saturday. The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's in HR or related field, have 1 year of HR Generalist experience (fresh grads welcome), and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 year of HR Generalist experience is an advantage; fresh grads may apply.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-m mandated benefits is a plus.
• Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; confidential handling.
• Willing to work fully onsite, Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and policies.
• Handle government registrations and statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Assist with employee benefits administration and documentation.
• Address employee concerns and support relations and engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports, letters, and administrative documents.
• Coordinate with government offices and external partners as required.
