Job summary

J&T Express is seeking an HR Generalist in Manila to support payroll, recruitment, and HR operations. The role focuses on accurate payroll processing, timekeeping, and maintaining detailed employee records in a busy logistics environment.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits. This is an in-person role based in BGC, Taguig, with opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations or similar roles.
• Proficient in payroll processing and timekeeping.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
• Experience maintaining employee files (≈201) and HR documentation.
• Experience handling employee relations and HR concerns.
• Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing and timekeeping including attendance, leaves, overtime, and adjustments.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain 201 employee files and HR documentation.
• Handle employee relations and HR concerns with discretion.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits.
• Support HR data reporting and use Excel/Sheets for data analysis.
