Job summary

Rigging Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and foster a positive workplace at our Manila office. You will assist in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HR administration while maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws.

The role requires strong communication skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work with staff at all levels. In-person work location is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, BA, management or related field.
• Experience in HR, preferably generalist or similar role.
• Knowledge of payroll, attendance, and HR administration.
• Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations and support staff and management.
• Assist in recruitment, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
• Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and other HR documentation.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave applications, and other employee records.
• Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accurate submission of attendance and payroll-related information.
• Handle employee concerns and assist in resolving workplace issues.
• Assist in implementing company policies, procedures, and HR programs.
• Support employee disciplinary actions and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate employee orientation, training, and development programs.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, notices, memos, and other documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable Philippine labor laws.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and company events.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and other sensitive HR matters.
