Job summary

Legado Motors Inc. in Pasig City is seeking a detail-driven HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll support and benefits administration.

You will ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, manage attendance, timekeeping, DOLE reports, and maintain confidential HR records, while coordinating employee training and company activities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of solid work experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in automotive/manufacturing.
• Willing to report onsite from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in Pasig City.
• In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory benefit administration (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with high confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment tasks: job postings, screening, initial interviews, and hiring coordination.
• Assist onboarding of new hires and orientation.
• Manage attendance, timekeeping, overtime, undertime, and leaves; maintain HR records.
• Coordinate government-m mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) and DOLE reports.
• Assist with employee insurance enrollments, updates, and claims; maintain confidentiality.
• Support company activities and HR sponsored training programs.
