Job summary

Inland Corporation in the Philippines is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role helps maintain a positive work environment and ensures accurate HR records.

The position handles payroll inputs, benefits administration, records maintenance, and HR reporting while upholding confidentiality and labor-law compliance. Location: CDO office; travel to Tablon may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR functions.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & onboarding: end-to-end posting, screening, interviews, offers.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Prepare employment contracts and requirements.
• Employee relations: address concerns and inquiries; support disciplinary actions.
• Promote employee engagement activities.
• Performance management: monitor probationary evaluations and regularization; assist in appraisals.
• Track progress and development; HR administration: maintain 201 files and HR systems (e.g., myHR).
• Prepare HR reports and ensure policy/labor law compliance.
• Training & development: identify needs and coordinate learning sessions.
