Job summary

Planate Management Group seeks an experienced HR Generalist to manage HRIS, handle labor relations, and coordinate training across all groups. This on-site role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and direct interaction with employees at all levels.

You will support onboarding, administer benefits, and ensure HR policy compliance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR with HRIS and labor relations expertise, strong knowledge of Philippine labor law, and excellent English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with HRIS, labor relations, and training.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law and HR compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data management.
• Experience in employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
• Advanced research skills and stakeholder engagement to support organizational objectives.
• Attention to detail in managing complex tasks and ensuring compliance.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Willing to work in Subic Bay office and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist HR Manager with labor relations, grievances, negotiations, and compliance.
• Act as the main contact for training needs across groups and divisions.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires.
• Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Guide managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
