Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support end-to-end human resources in a high-volume, frontline hospitality-focused environment in the Philippines. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee relations to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires 3–5 years of HR experience, a relevant degree, and strong knowledge of local labor laws. You will collaborate with department heads to improve staffing, retention, and workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience with exposure to F&B, hospitality, retail, or high-volume environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor regulations and statutory requirements.
• Experience handling end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and HRIS or payroll systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Staffing: manage end-to-end process from requisition to onboarding and maintain active candidate pools.
• Onboarding & Employee Administration: prepare contracts and onboarding requirements; conduct new-hire orientation.
• Payroll & Attendance Admin: coordinate payroll, timekeeping, deductions, and time-off processing.
• Government Compliance & Benefits: manage SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR registrations and updates.
• Employee Relations & Discipline: address concerns, assist investigations, and document processes.
• Performance Management & Training: support evaluations, development plans, and training records.
• Employee Engagement & Retention: assist in engagement initiatives and turnover analysis.
