Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years' experience in Recruitment and Organizational Development.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong relationship-building ability.
• Willing to work on-site at MOA Complex, Pasay City.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment process including postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection.
• Design and implement organizational development programs and conduct training needs analyses.
• Facilitate workshops on leadership, team building, and performance management.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify organizational challenges and opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
