College graduates are welcome to apply, with onsite work and shifting schedules. You will handle inbound calls for reservations, provide booking information, and process changes, while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Qualifikationen

• College graduate with good English communication skills.
• No call center or hotel reservations experience required; BPO background a plus.
• Basic computer and typing skills; willing to learn reservation systems.
• Good attention to detail and customer-first attitude.
• Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule.

Aufgaben

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to hotel reservation inquiries
• Assist customers with room bookings and reservations
• Provide accurate information about room types, rates, availability, and services
• Process booking changes and cancellations
• Assist with payment and booking-related concerns
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Document interactions in the CRM
• Meet quality, handle time, and productivity targets
• Escalate complex concerns when needed
