Metacom Careers is hiring a Hotel Reservations Representative for a voice-based hotel reservations account. No prior hotel experience is required, and paid training is provided to help you learn reservation systems and processes.

As a college graduate, you will handle guest inquiries, assist with bookings, changes, and cancellations, and document interactions in the CRM while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• College graduate with basic computer and typing skills.
• No prior call center or hotel reservations experience required; BPO experience is a plus.
• Good English communication and strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work onsite on a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to hotel reservation inquiries.
• Assist customers with room bookings and reservations; provide rate/availability info.
• Process booking changes and cancellations; handle payments concerns.
• Document interactions in the CRM and meet quality targets.
• Escalate complex concerns when needed.
