The role involves handling hotel bookings, answering inquiries, and processing reservations on onsite shifts. A college degree is required, with a strong emphasis on clear English communication and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• College Graduate with no mandatory experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Basic computer literacy and typing speed.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-first mindset.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to hotel reservation inquiries.
• Assist customers with room bookings and reservations.
• Provide accurate information about room types, rates, availability, and hotel services.
• Process booking changes, cancellations, and other reservation requests.
• Assist customers with payment and booking-related concerns.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM.
• Meet quality, handle time, and productivity targets.
• Escalate complex concerns when needed.
