Metacom Careers is hiring a Hotel Reservations Representative for a voice-based hotel reservations account. No prior call center or hotel reservations experience is required, and structured paid training is provided.

College graduates are welcome to apply, with onsite work and shifting schedules. You will handle inbound calls for reservations, provide booking information, and process changes, while meeting quality and productivity targets.
