The role is onsite with a shifting schedule, ideal for college graduates seeking their first BPO opportunity. You’ll learn reservation systems, assist with bookings, and support customers with changes and payments while meeting performance

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound hotel reservation inquiries and assist with bookings.
• Provide information about room types, rates, availability, and hotel services.
• Process booking changes, cancellations, and other reservation requests.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM.
• Meet quality, handle time, and productivity targets.
• Escalate complex concerns when needed.
