• Process booking changes, cancellations, and other reservation requests.
• Assist customers with payment and booking-related concerns.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently; document interactions in the CRM.
• Meet quality, handle time, and productivity targets.
• Escalate complex concerns when needed.
