Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience with L2 onsite EUC support.
- Strong Windows OS and hardware troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
- Ability to document incidents and follow SOPs.
Responsibilities
- Provide L2 onsite EUC/desktop support to end users.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents.
- Support laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, printers, and other peripherals.
- Perform device setup, configuration, installation, replacement, and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic LAN issues.
- Handle user accounts, passwords, and access with relevant teams.
- Maintain incident/ticket documentation and provide status updates.
- Coordinate with remote L2/L3 teams when escalation is needed.
- Ensure onsite activities meet SLA and quality standards.
