Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Carmona, Cavite (Philippines) is seeking a Level 2 onsite EUC/desktop support specialist to assist end users with hardware, software, and peripheral issues. The role involves device setup, diagnostics, and coordination with remote teams to meet SLAs.

You will troubleshoot Windows OS, laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and other peripherals, plus support VPN, Wi-Fi, and Office 365 apps as part of daily incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in Level 2 onsite EUC/desktop support.
• Ability to troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, and peripherals.
• Experience with asset management and incident documentation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office).
• Coordinate with remote teams for escalations and SLA adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 onsite EUC / desktop support to end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS, desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents.
• Support laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, printers, and other peripherals.
• Perform device setup, configuration, installation, replacement, and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic LAN-related issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office applications.
• Handle user account, password, and access-related issues in coordination with relevant teams.
• Perform hardware break/fix and basic asset management activities.
• Follow standard operating procedures, escalation processes, and security guidelines.
• Maintain accurate incident/ticket documentation and provide timely status updates.
• Coordinate with remote L2/L3 teams and other technical teams when escalation is required.
• Ensure all onsite activities are completed within agreed SLA and quality standards.
