Job summary
MicroSourcing, a leading offshore managed services provider in the Philippines, seeks an IT Specialist for End-User Computing Group (EUCG) to deliver frontline IT support and manage end-user devices. You will handle hardware/software provisioning, asset inventories, and incident logging to ensure smooth daily operations.
The role requires 0–1 year of IT support experience, basic OS knowledge across Windows, macOS and Linux, and strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field
- 0–1 year of relevant work experience preferred (fresh graduates welcome)
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS and Linux desktops
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Experience in IT support environments is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st level technical support to end users
- Assist end users with IT asset requests (hardware, software)
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and licenses
- Log IT requests and incidents in FreshService with proper documentation
- Adhere to IT SLA commitments and shift schedules
- Coordinate with external technical support when needed
- Maintain IT security per company policy
