Job summary

TECEZE in Carmona, Cavite, Philippines is seeking an L2 onsite EUC support technician to assist end users with desktop and laptop-related issues. The role covers Windows OS troubleshooting, hardware repair, peripheral support, and MS 365 app assistance.

The technician will handle device setup, active directory related tasks, and coordinate with remote teams for escalations while ensuring SLA compliance and accurate ticketing.

Qualifications

• Experience with L2 onsite EUC support.
• Strong Windows OS and hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
• Ability to document incidents and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 onsite EUC/desktop support to end users.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents.
• Support laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, printers, and other peripherals.
• Perform device setup, configuration, installation, replacement, and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic LAN issues.
• Handle user accounts, passwords, and access with relevant teams.
• Maintain incident/ticket documentation and provide status updates.
• Coordinate with remote L2/L3 teams when escalation is needed.
• Ensure onsite activities meet SLA and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 onsite EUC / desktop support to end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS, desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents.
• Support laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, printers, and other peripherals.
• Perform device setup, configuration, installation, replacement, and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic LAN-related issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office applications.
• Handle user account, password, and access-related issues in coordination with relevant teams.
• Perform hardware break/fix and basic asset management activities.
• Follow standard operating procedures, escalation processes, and security guidelines.
• Maintain accurate incident/ticket documentation and provide timely status updates.
• Coordinate with remote L2/L3 teams and other technical teams when escalation is required.
• Ensure all onsite activities are completed within agreed SLA and quality standards.
