Algorithmics Learning Hub is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Associate to join our growing team. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and professional when communicating with clients.
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
• Willing to learn sales and digital marketing tools and processes.

• Willing to work onsite at Algorithmics Learning Hub, Vista Mall Sta. Rosa.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents through social media, messaging platforms, phone calls, and other channels.
• Follow up with leads and prospective clients to encourage trial class attendance and enrollment.
• Assist in converting inquiries and trial participants into enrollments.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollment status.
• Assist in meeting monthly sales and enrollment targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, students, and prospective clients.
• Assist in preparing and implementing sales and marketing campaigns.
• Support social media, promotional, and digital marketing activities.
• Assist in organizing events, school partnerships, open houses, workshops, and promotional activities.
• Prepare basic sales and marketing reports and monitor campaign or lead performance.
• Conduct market and competitor research when needed.
• Coordinate with the teaching and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Perform other sales, marketing, and administrative tasks related to the role.
