Center & Academic Operations
- Manage the daily operations of the Center, including reports, sales tracking, inventory, and overall performance.
- Oversee teacher-student schedules (in-center and online) for optimal class matching.
- Understand the programs and work with the teachers to suggest the correct plan for students.
- Monitor student progress, review teacher reports, and provide timely feedback to parents.
- Ensure accurate student records, assessments, and session monitoring.
- Track remaining sessions, send billing reminders, and process leaves/withdrawals.
- Prepare and submit monthly class records and management reports.
Sales & Retention
- Support enrollment growth by conducting parent orientations, presenting programs, and highlighting student progress.
- Proactively engage parents regarding session validity, extensions, and renewals to maximize retention.
- Assist in marketing campaigns, social media updates, and promotional activities to attract new students.
- Build strong community connections to increase visibility and drive new enrollments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in operations management, customer service, or sales preferably in education, training, or service industries.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, especially with parents and students or customers.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite;
- Results-driven with strong organizational skills, able to balance sales targets with operational efficiency.
