GAINSTRONG TALENT SOLUTIONS CORP. in One Makati is seeking an E-Commerce Customer Support Representative to join our growing BPO team. The role focuses on delivering prompt, polite support via voice, email, and chat to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through online purchasing issues, processing order changes, tracking deliveries, refunds and chargebacks, and logging interactions in the CRM. On-site work with shifting schedules is required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or SHS graduate.
• 6 months+ experience in BPO or customer service.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, polite, and effective support to customers via voice, email, and chat/social media channels.
• Assist customers with online purchasing issues, order modifications, tracking deliveries, refunds, and chargebacks.
• Follow established client guidelines, troubleshooting steps, and QA metrics.
• Accurately log customer interactions, ticket resolutions, and feedback into internal CRM and e-commerce platforms.
• Identify opportunities to turn service inquiries into positive brand experiences, handling escalations with empathy and professionalism.
