Qualifications

• Amenable to work in shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through voice and non-voice channels.
• Assist with product inquiries, order status, purchases, and delivery concerns.
• Address questions regarding returns, exchanges, refunds, and order adjustments.
• Provide accurate information about shoe and apparel products, sizing, and availability.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Maintain documentation and ensure a smooth customer experience across channels.
