Qualifications

• At least 1 month of BPO/Call Center experience is required.
• Ability to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
• Experience with customer service in a professional setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer concerns.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
