Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently.
• Provide accurate product, service, and account information.
• Process customer requests, transactions, and follow-up activities.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
