Qualifications

• No Call Center Experience (CCE) required.
• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• Good English communication skills (B2 proficiency preferred).
• Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro (CDO).
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays if needed.
• Basic computer navigation skills.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding retail products and services.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and account-related issues.
• Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges when applicable.
