Job summary

Caldwell Communications is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for an onsite role in Quezon City. The position requires at least 3 months of BPO or call center experience and offers a monthly salary of up to ₱26,000 with paid training and performance-based incentives.

You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, or email, providing accurate information and timely resolutions while maintaining high service quality. This is a full-time onsite opportunity with multiple shift options.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
• Must have at least 3 months of BPO or call center experience
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong customer service orientation
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer concerns
• Resolve issues professionally and efficiently
• Maintain high-quality customer service in every interaction
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
