Qualifications

• 2–3 years in commercial administration, sales administration, reporting, or similar roles.
• Experience with pricing, reporting, customer orders, or commercial data.
• Experience coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong data analysis and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on key commercial activities and customer requirements.
• Track monthly customer order requirements and identify outstanding orders.
• Pull and analyze data related to product lead-time performance.
• Assist with regular and ad-hoc commercial reports and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and reporting information.
• Identify discrepancies, outstanding actions, and follow up with stakeholders.
• Coordinate daily and weekly cost change activities not dependent on development.
• Manage customer-specific cost change requirements, including DHS / ECI / ECR and CRQ.
• Maintain and update commercial information across EGR systems.
• Update pricing information in the CR System, CCS / Teamcenter, and QAD price lists.
• Assist with resolving discrepancies between PO pricing and QAD pricing.
• Coordinate updates to price lists and pricing books.
• Support ad-hoc customer pricing update requests.
• Assist with end-to-end commercial requirements for customer programs.
• Liaise with Product Development regarding development progress, SIS dates, cost changes.
• Participate in relevant customer and internal meetings.
• Track commercial actions and follow up to ensure timelines are met.
• Provide commercial administration support for new program launches.
• Coordinate IOQ and PO requests from customers.
• Ensure pricing is established at the start of new programs.
• Assist with forecast and safety stock settings for new parts.
• Coordinate safety stock revisions and status changes for replacements.
• Maintain item-level information, including model codes and year ranges.
• Assist tooling cost recovery activities and related customer requirements.
