Shore360 is a 100% Australian-owned BP firm based in the Philippines, providing staffing and admin support for international clients. This NIGHT SHIFT position begins with dayshift training, then transitions to night hours to align with client operations.

The role covers admin tasks, order processing, CRM/ERP usage, and cross-functional coordination with customers, suppliers, and logistics teams. Expect a busy environment with process optimization and data accuracy duties.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of administration experience supporting Australian or American clients.
• 2–5 years of customer service experience.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems.
• Experience working with cloud-based business systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and administrative support to Australian or American clients.
• Manage customer enquiries via email, chat and other channels.
• Process and maintain customer orders, requests and account information.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, suppliers and logistics providers to resolve issues.
• Monitor order status, deliveries, ETAs and other customer requirements.
• Assist with freight and logistics coordination, including follow-ups and negotiations.
• Process and manage information through ERP, CRM and cloud-based systems.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely updates across systems.
• Support data entry, reporting and general administrative tasks.
• Identify and escalate customer issues, delays, discrepancies and urgent requests.
• Ensure enquiries and administrative tasks are completed accurately and timely.
