Job summary

TOA Global in Clark, Philippines is seeking a structured Client Onboarding Administrator to oversee end-to-end client setup and offboarding workflows for a premier professional services client.

You will serve as the administrative anchor for client intake-drafting engagement letters, performing conflict checks, managing client-to-agent linking, and maintaining database integrity across CRM and practice systems.

Qualifications

• Experience as Onboarding Administrator or similar roles in professional services or accounting is preferred.
• High data entry accuracy and strong organizational habits to manage intake timelines while ensuring compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Client Intake & Offboarding: coordinate onboarding from prospect to full integration; draft letters and acceptance docs; manage offboarding when required.
• Compliance & Verification Checks: conduct client verification, conflict checks, and background searches; liaise with clients and external firms.
• Agent Portal & Software Administration: assist with onboarding portal setups, maintain client records in CRM and practice software.
• Digital Document & File Management: dispatch signing packages, track signatures, organize submissions, and follow up on intake actions.
• Client Relationships & Reporting: provide onboarding progress updates to managers and clients; perform ad-hoc reporting; uphold confidentiality.
