Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned client accounts.
• Coordinate onboarding of new client accounts and IT setup with clients.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires and handle client and staff requests.
• Develop effective communication channels between clients and delivery teams.
• Schedule and participate in client reviews and reporting cadences.
• Ensure high-quality offshore staffing experiences and client satisfaction.
