Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Clark, Pampanga, is seeking an Account Servicing Supervisor to lead on-site teams and partner with U.S.-based managers to ensure operational excellence and employee engagement.

You will coach and supervise associates, manage onboarding, attendance, and escalation handling, and work with HR, IT, facilities, and business leaders to drive improvements while maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in operations or related environment.
• Proven experience coaching and developing employees while managing performance, attendance, and workplace concerns.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop associates through coaching, performance management, recognition, and accountability.
• Serve as the primary on-site leadership resource for Clark-based Account Servicing Operations employees.
• Support onboarding activities, workforce management, attendance monitoring, and operational coordination.
• Partner with HR, IT, Facilities, Security, and business leaders to address employee and operational needs.
• Research and resolve escalated account, process, system, or service-related issues.
• Identify operational risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities while driving effective solutions.
• Foster employee engagement through recognition programs, team-building activities, and leadership support.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based leaders to ensure alignment, communication, and operational consistency.
