Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking an Account Manager to manage key client relationships onsite in the Philippines. You will be the primary contact for inquiries and coordinate with sales, operations, and service teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of account management or related experience, with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years in Account Management, Client Services, or a related role.
• Experience with B2B or corporate accounts is preferred.
• Strong client relationship management and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
• Monitor account activities, orders, projects, and deliverables to meet commitments.
• Address and resolve client concerns professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, customer service, and other internal teams.
• Maintain accurate client records, account information, and documentation.
• Prepare regular account updates, reports, and performance summaries.
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience, account performance, and service delivery.
• Support account retention and contribute to business growth.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and proactively address issues.
• Manage multiple accounts and priorities with high service quality.
