Job summary

TTEC Cebu is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work onsite in Cebu. You'll be part of delivering human-centered service and helping customers with timely, friendly support.

Responsibilities include answering incoming communications, researching answers, and guiding customers to resolutions. A senior high school graduate or some college plus at least 3 months of BPO experience and strong verbal and written communication are preferred.
